Construction     Metal with vinyl hood ( still pliable ), no metal rust
Condition           Very good,  Doucet Made in France sticker is missing
Tires                     Early white rubber some checking
Info                       I have not put the hood down so as not to incur damage, vinyl is good, handle goes up
                               Hinges are good. Inside is very clean. Includes mattress, pillow and blue blanket
