Size                 3 1/2" tall to tip of clasp, 6" to extended chain and 2 1/2" wide to sides of frame

Type                Green and yellow metal mesh with green enamel frame
Condition      Colors are light green and yellow on the mesh which is good, green enamel frame is very good on one side and has a small  mark on the other side. There are 7 little mesh tail extensions across the bottom.  Chain and clasp are good.
