Alice in Wonderland doll 18" 1950's collectible

Another collectible doll from Nancy's Dolls and Antiques

There have been many Alice in Wonderland dolls made, this one is from the American Character Doll Co. She is made of hard plastic and is 18" tall. Her blond long hair is styled in loose sausage style curls which have been lightly played with. She is wearing her original blue dress with matching long bloomers, a white windowpane and lace pinafore, her white rayon long socks, back seams mended, and black oilcloth center snap shoes. The clothes are clean and with no damage, just need ironed. American Character did not tag their clothes in the 1950's that I have seen.
