There are not too many lunch boxes that were made for girls that are sought after but this is one that is becoming collectible. This one is the orange one from 1972. It shows two little girls playing ring around the rosie in the autumn leaves on one side, and a little girl on a park bench with a picnic basket on the other side. It is in pretty good condition with just minor scuffing on the edges and very nice inside. There is no thermos. It has the original orange handle and a good clasp and the wire thermos holder on the inside.

Holly Hobbie Blue Lunch box

Here is another girls Holly Hobbie lunch box and this one is from 1981. It is the blue one with two little girls in a garden smelling flowers on one side and two girls watering flower boxes on the other side. It has a rust mark on each inside corner of the lid and the rest of the inside is very good. The outside has minor scuffing on the edges. It does have the matching thermos in blue plastic and it is very good. The box has the original blue handle and a good clasp. Made by Aladdin.

This metal lunch box is the domed top barn. If you ever watched the antique show on the FX channel several years ago this one was seen on the introduction to the show. It was made by the American Thermos Brand Products Co. It has been dented in the middle of the domed top front and has a belt for a handle. It has no thermos. It is pretty good on the inside and the outside color graphics are very good.

This lunch box is becoming highly collectible. It is from 1974, by Aladdin, and it has a flat picture on one side and raised scene on the other side. I never watched this show so I cannot say who is in the pictures. There is scuffing around all the edges but the inside is good and has the original thermos bracket but no thermos. It has the original handle and the latch both of which are good.

These old thermos and lunch boxes are getting very hard to find. This one if from the Hopalong Cassidy show and is marked copyright William Boyd 1950. He played the leading role and was smart enough to get the rights to all his items. It is in very good condition but the glass inside the liner is broken, the liner itself is clean. It also has the Aladdin sweet seal stopper which is very good. The red cap is very good too.
