Pinnochio, early composition 13", 1930's
This is a very nice Disney Pinnochio in the 13" size. It is composition and made in the 1930's. Its composition is very good with one line under his nose and with paint loss on the eyes. His nose is very good, it is usually broken off. There is a chip off the back of his left ear and a small one under his black hair by his front hairline. His paint is mostly in very good condition. He wears his original one piece white and red suit with yellow felt jump suit over it with original yellow buttons, and original brass snap in the back. He has a large navy blue satin bow tie. He also has his original yellow felt hat which is usually missing. He can stand on his own if you position him correctly. He is marked on the back of his head : Pinnochio c in a circle WD/Knickerbocker Toys. What a great Disney collectible or for the vintage toy collector.

The clear plastic bubble over Mickey has some scratches on it but you can still see Mickey very well, as you can see in my picture. There are no markings that I can find.
