Bisque quintuplets MIB

This cute little set of babies are only 2 1/2" tall. They are all bisque and are jointed at the neck, arms and legs. All are in very good condition and I don't think they have ever been out of their blanket. The stringing is a little loose but they are too tiny for me to re-string and in their pouch style blanket it is not noticeable. They are made in Japan and come in their original box which has a number of 1003/1251 so I am not sure if maybe only 1,251 were made! The cellophane window has been torn out of the box and the seam on the back edge of the bottom part has torn, but with the lid on you can not tell this. The cardboard otherwise is sturdy. The total box measures 3 1/4" x 5 3/4".

Bye Lo Baby, 1923 with Brown Eyes

This is the most popular bisque baby ever made, The Bye-Lo Baby. She was designed by Grace Storey Putnam in1923. And this one has the much harder to find brown eyes which open and close very well. It has a perfect bisque head with good hair color that is not scratched at all. It has a scratch on the right eye lid that only shows when it is laying down and the eyes are fully closed and one hand has a crack on the inside of it only. The hands are made of celluloid and are always very fragile. I can put an old original one on it if you would like me to, but some people want their doll all original even with a small defect. This baby has very good cheek color and its eye brows and lips do as well. This baby has her cloth body with the frog legs that is also in very good condition.
