This sweet little girl is Muffie, made by the Nancy Ann Storybook Doll Co. She is one of the many dolls made in that time period, such as Ginny, Ginger and Madame Alexander. This doll is very hard to find in this great condition. She is in unplayed with condition and usually you find them in very pale skin coloration and in clothes that are not original etc. This one is wearing her own clothes which are in excellant shape, still nice and crisp, and she even has her own purse with her name on it. Her hair has never been combed and is in her braids. She has clear eyes that work and she has all her eyelashes too. Her socks are very good, clean and bright and her shoes and hat are very nice too to round out this great outfit.

This is an early version of the Ginny doll from 1954. She is a pretty one with very full soft hair in braids. Her painted lashes have changed color but she still has the sweetest face and nice pink cheeks and deep brown eyes. She is wearing her original early tagged dress which is in very clean and bright condition with its matching bonnet. Her white socks are in excellant bright condition and she has on Ginny shoes too. She also wears her Ginny bloomers. A great doll !!

This cute little Ginny is from the mid 1950's and has the molded eyelashes. She has very nice brunette hair in braids, clear blue eyes that stick just a little, light pink cheeks and red lips. She is wearing a 1956 Merry Moppets outfit #6036 which is tagged and in very good, clean bright condition. Her bonnet, socks and shoes are all very nice and are all original as are her panties.

Betsy Wetsy, 13"

Here is a darling Betsy Wetsy made by the Ideal company. She has the much sought after blonde caracul wig that is full and soft. She has eyes that stick a little but are a beautiful clear blue and she has all her lashes. Her vinyl body is clean and nice with no damage but a little chew mark on a pinkie, and she has pretty pink cheeks too. She is wearing her original blue dotted swiss dress with newer panties both in excellant condition with no stains or odors and cute blue ric rac trim.

10 1/2" Little Miss Revlon in original box

This is another one of the popular teenage dolls of the 1950's. She is the small version of the Miss Revlon doll. She is 10 1/2" tall and is still in her original box. Both the doll and the box are in very good, clean condition. She has pink cheeks, good eyes, red lips and very nice hair in its original set. Her dress is clean and crisp and she has her high heels and earrings too.

Here is another of the Little Miss Revlon dolls from Ideal. She is 10 1/2" tall and is in very good condition. She has nice pink cheeks, good eyes and good hair in its original set. Here is a group of 3 vintage Ginger dolls who were made by the Cosmopolitan Doll Co. They are all in very good condition and all are wearing original clothes which are also very nice and clean with no damage or odors. The dolls hair are all very good also. Both socks are stretched which happens so often with these early rayon socks. All have pink cheeks, clear eyes and all their eyelashes. The gold coat has a print lining that matches the dress underneath it and she has her original vinyl purse with her name on it.

This cute little baby has been so loved and played with that she has developed a sweetness about her. She is 11 1/2" tall and has the early rubber body that has darkened but is surprisingly still good and has no cracks. She has blue eyes that open and close easily and don't always align and she has no eyelashes. She does have nice pink lips. She has lost most of her fingers but the rest of her is good. She has dark blonde full hair. She has been redressed in a cute printed flannel night gown with white ruffles down the front and around the neck and on the sleeves.

This Tiny Tears doll has the early rubber body which is hard to find in very good condition. This one has become soft on the tummy and cracked open about 1" so I have filled it and put a band aid on it. She is also missing the thumb and pinkie on her left hand. Her face is sweet and she has pink cheeks and lips. She has pretty blue eyes that open and close and all her eyelashes.

Her brunette hair is full and nice. She is sweetly redressed in a cute pink organdy dress over a cotton slip and diaper all very good . She has white rayon socks and little pink vinyl shoes.

Tiny Tears in Case with layette

This is a wonderful Tiny Tears in her original case from the early 1950's. She is 16" tall and has the soft dark caracul wig and rock a bye eyes which still work, all her eyelashes and the early rubber body. The body is very nice, still soft and pliable, missing part of one pinkie. She is in very good condition with only a small, dark mark on her lower left leg which is hidden by her original bootie. She is wearing her original pink and white dress that is clean and nice. The best part of this collection is that it includes her layette as well. She has her romper with her name on it, the original Tiny Tears kleenex package opened, her Chix diaper with old baby diaper pins, a pink cotton slip, a pink corduroy coat, a pink plastic hanger with a baby on it, a pink and white wool doll blanket and her washcloth. All items are clean with no odors. The case has the rock a bye eyes wording all over it with the doll's pictures, it has a little brown spots of wear on the outside and is amazingly clean on the inside. All hinges and clasps are good and it has no odors in it.

This sweet little Tiny Tears is only 11 1/2" tall and has the molded, painted hair which has some scuffing in the back as is usual from laying them down and changing their clothes etc. She has nice pink cheeks with a few scratches, is missing some lashes but has beautiful clear blue eyes that open and close easily. She has a very nice vinyl body with no damage, ink stains or chew marks. She is wearing her original romper with her name on the front it has a few faint dots on the back and is clean and nice with both buttons.

Her face still has a little pink in her cheeks and her lips have a little color chipped. She has blue eyes that open and close very easily but are missing lashes on the right eye.

This sweet little baby is Ginnys little sister named Ginnette. She is the first of this doll made with the painted eyes, which are very good with no scratches to them. Her painted hair has a little scratching to it. She has an all vinyl body which is nice and clean with no chew marks either. She is wearing an original outfit #2310 and an original diaper and early no sole Ginnette shoes. She also has her original Ginnette hang tag.

Sweet Sue Sophisticate

Sweet Sue was made by the American Character Co. and was a very popular doll. She is 20" tall, with light brown hair, and is wearing a very nice pink, off the shoulder formal. It has an ivory bodice and peplum at the waist and multi layers of pink net over a pink taffeta bottom layer and a pink taffeta hoop petticoat. It also has pink net blouson sleeves with lace ruffle trim and a blue velvet choker at the neck. Her cheeks are pink and she has blue eyes that open and close freely and she has all her eyelashes. She also has her panties , slippers and flowers in her hair. Her clothes are in very good condition with no stains, tears or odors. She is from 1958.

I have two Blessed Events dolls made by the Ideal Doll Co. They were made in 1950. They have a soft vinyl head, arms and legs and a soft body. The one on the left has a few stains on the cloth body and a little nick on its left ear. It is wearing a kimono and matching hat both flannel. The other one has a small ink stain on its left arm and a very small brown spot next to its left leg. It is wearing a cottom dress. They both have a plunger in their backs that when you squeese them they pucker up. Both have a working cryer.

This sweet little baby is Ginnette, Ginny's little baby sister. She is the early one with the painted eyes which are very nice. She has a little red missing on her top lip. She is in very good clean condition with no chew marks or stains. Her hair is very good too. She is wearing her original little 2 piece panties and saque top of pink flowered taffeta in very clean crisp condition. No odors.

12" Tiny Tears Caracul

Here is another of the early rubber Tiny Tears in the 12" size and she has the hard to find dark caracul wig which is nice and soft and curly. She has hazel eyes which are stuck open and is only missing a few lashes on the left eye which you can't tell when they stay open. Her cheeks are pink and her lips are too. Her body is pliable and only very slightly darker and she has all her fingers but there is a nick in her right pinkie. Her arms are a little pushed in their socket but they still move and look fine. She is wearing a very nice original dress, panties and hat which are all bright and clean, one little dot on the back shoulder. She has on old white rayon socks with a pink stripe and old rubber shoes.

The second edition of the Ginnette doll came with sleep eyes that open and shut. This one has very good clear eyes that work well. She has painted hair that only has one small scratch in the back. Her pink cheeks make her eyes even blue-er and she has pink lips too. She has a very clean vinyl body with no chew marks either. She is wearing a cute 2 piece flannel outfit of pastel plaid pants with a white hooded top with plaid trim in very clean condition. Her shoes are the early Ginnette ones with no heel.

12" Betsy Wetsy

This little sweetie is made by the Ideal Co. and is a Betsy Wetsy with the molded painted hair. She has a vinyl body which is nice and clean with no chew marks either. Her painted hair shows little wear. Her eyes are a beautiful blue and they stick a little when she closes them but she does have all her eyelashes. Her lips are good also. She is wearing a cute little pink organdy dress trimmed in lace with a lighter pink bonnet trimmed in lace.

12" Tiny Tears

This sweet little Tiny Tears is on an early rubber body that is in good condition but the fingers have started to harden. She has the molded painted hair that is worn in the back and has a small hairline in the back that has been glued. She has pale pink cheeks and nice pink lips. She has very nice blue eyes that open and close easily and has all her eyelashes. She has been redressed in a cute pink print dress with a white collar and a white bonnet. She also has on white knit panties and pink knitted booties. She is very cute.

Original doll trunks and cases for any of the early dolls are very hard to find. This one is for the DyDee Baby and in it is an early 11"DyDee Baby with the rubber body and rubber applied ears. The left one is hardened. Her body is in very good condition, pliable and not darkened at all. She has all her fingers too. Her cheeks are pink, her eyes open and close and she has all he lashes. The hair has some scuffing in the back.She is wearing a very small undershirt and underpants, so sweet! The trunk is the rare find. The top opens to the area where you can lay the doll. The outside has some flaking of the wall paper covering but the interior is very good. The graphics of the Dydee advertising are great. It has a pull out drawer for clothes and includes a diaper and gown. The entire interior is so very clean. The trunk has a good latch, drawer pulls, and handles. Together it is a great collection.

The Shirley Temple, Heidi, is one of the most popular dolls for collecting of the Shirley Temple line. She is 17" tall and has a very good face with pink cheeks, red lips and clear eyes that open and close freely and all her eyelashes. There are no chew marks either. Her outfit is tagged but has been washed. The print is bright, the apron is aged and the sleeves are loose. She has original Ideal shoes and one catch is missing. She has a beautiful face and the dolls itself is great.

Sweet Rosemary

Here is another Sweet Rosemary doll who is also 28" tall. She is just like the other one that is on my website but is sold. This one has on a white formal full of ruffles with the silver metallic thread and is also in very good condition. She has the soft vinyl face and the soft vinyl body. Her face has good cheek color, her eyes are blue, she has all her eyelashes and she has nice red lips, but no jewelry. Her dark blonde hair is full and soft. Her body is whiter than her face but that is usual for these dolls. Her dress is in very good condition, and she is missing her wrap,but she does have her white and metallic arm covers ? (like elbow length gloves with no fingers) which I forgot to put on her. She has no shoes.
